Sooooo happy that Summer is here finally. All weekend we were enjoying the great outdoors. She loves taking the lawn ornaments for wagon rides...hahaha.

Work Party

Friday was our huge outdoor work BBQ/Party. Kailey proved to me that she is a huge fan of food platters, loud music, tons of people and fire pits. :-) Every time someone would move from their spot around the fire to either get more food or another refill she would tell them, 'no leave party'. She was so worried that the party would end. We ended up leaving around 11 pm and she was still willing to stick around. She ended up sleeping in until 9:30 the next morning and the first thing out of her mouth was, 'more kailey party', 'Kailey going to a party today'...hahaha. I guess it is safe to say she is a party animal. Boce ball with 2 year olds proved to somewhat of a challenge. Her and Connor were 'helping' everyone by bringing them back thier balls...hahaha.

Kailey's new morning routine includes wearing Princess high heels, costume jewelry and the most important...Make-up application. hahaha. We were ready to head out the door this morning and she had an emergency make-up issue...'oh-no Kailey has to put on purple first..' sheesh. It is very cute and it sure hits me how grown up she is becoming and so fast. Another funny happened a couple days ago when I was doing her hair she looked in the mirror at herself and said, 'hi curly'. hahaha.

Pixie Power...

What a find. I found a set of Tinkerbell and Friends wall stick-ups. Was she ever excited to see these up on her wall. We are home sick today...again. Mine is mostly asthma and I am sure hoping hers is just a cold versus allergies and asthma too. She is in good spirits but she made it very clear that she wanted to stay with me today. I brought her to Kim's this am and she hugged her and then told me that she was going to cry soon...ok...she said she wanted to go back in the car and see her blankie and binky. She wanted a 'coffee' and a bagel so we grabbed some on the way back. At least there is no guessing with her. She had a good sleep last night, but she went down for a nap at 11 and is still out. Hopefully she sleeps this off. She did have a blast at Sheltie Sunday yesterday. Jackie got a new puppy so she was in heaven. :-)
