***UPDATE***
She managed to drink 4 oz. at 10pm and crashed at 10:30 and stayed asleep until 7:30 this morning...phew. Dodged that one. She drank a 6 oz. bottle this morning so maybe this will be a better day. ;-)
**UPDATE**
Her last bottle was at 3:20 this afternoon and it is 9:22pm!! So, needless to say, this is a bad bottle strike. Should be a fabulous night with that little in her. :-( That appointment cannot come soon enough.
Today Kailey got to try peaches for breakfast. She ate them, but wasn't as excited as I thought she would be. For lunch she had squash (so totally rank) and she smacked her lips, opened her little mouth like a birdy and pretty well cleaned a bowl of 4 tbsp within 5 min. I gave her some peaches for dessert to wash the most foul...rank...stinky...yucky squash out of her mouth and she wasn't impressed. hahaha. Same color but that is where is stops according to Kailey. She rather have squash than peaches????!!!!! Weird. She is a veggie gal for sure. She will eat fruit, but she would love nothing more than to have only veggies and oatmeal. For the last couple of days she has been in the bottle strike cycle and this morning she had her massive vomit and is feeling better now. This time was not as bad (if it is over that is) than previous, so I can only hope with the addition of more and more solids she is eventually going to grow out of this. I hope.
I bought the best carrier for her and she totally loves it. Very cheap Playtex Hip Hammock...go figure. She is so long that the front carrier is almost unusable. I have to alter my walk to half stride to keep from banging her legs into mine. She loves this and even had a cat nap in it. I will have to get Jack to take a picture of us in it. She faces me and is on my hip & my back thanks me.
